The role involves collaborating with Nugel Case Managers and the Team Leader to undertake a range of case work and administrative tasks, such as assisting with referrals, making phone calls, and researching supports.
The Case Support worker will ensure culturally appropriate court-ordered contact is maintained between children and their families, and may provide transport or supervision as required.
