Responsibilities
Contribute to the operations of Ten Stories Restaurant and provide support to the team and managers across the assigned outlet.
Ensure productive, friendly and skilled service is provided to all guests, in house and external.
Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures for all aspects of the venue.
Execute excellent guest experience, product and presentation standards.
Ensure legal and compliant requirements of the bar operations are adhered to.
Qualifications
Demonstrate and deliver luxury service.
Previous experience in a similar role is viewed favourably.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Excellent personal presentation.
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) competency card.
Barista experience and coffee making skills are highly desirable; shifts assigned to the coffee cart will be paid at the applicable Barista rate.
