Lorna Jane is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll for Australia and Current Zealand from our Eagle Farm head office, reporting to the CFO. You will head a two-person team—the Payroll Officer and Compliance Officer—owning payroll accuracy and compliance across a multi-site retail network.
You will interpret contemporary awards, manage rostering, wage costs, and compliance questions, bringing hands-on expertise while coaching the team to deliver best-in-class payroll outcomes.
