Lake St Clair Lodge, a small resort in the heart of the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area, is seeking a proactive chef/cook to join our kitchen team. The role involves day-to-day kitchen operations, menu design, planning, and stock control within a seasonal business.
Requirements include an apprenticeship or relevant cooking certificates, ideally a Cert III in Commercial Cookery, and 5+ years’ experience in diverse kitchen settings, including fine dining and cafe settings.
