We are working with a major Australian commercial law firm who is seeking a mid-level solicitor to join its growing team in Sydney.

This is an outstanding chance to work on large and complex disputes.

The Role

You will work closely with a number of experienced partners and senior lawyers, assisting clients with complex commercial disputes, class actions, investigations and other significant litigation matters.

The team acts for a broad client base, including large corporates, financial institutions and government-related entities, providing strategic advice and representation across all stages of the dispute resolution process.

Your will include:
Preparing court documents, briefs and legal correspondence
Conducting legal research and developing case strategies
Liaising with clients, counsel, experts and other stakeholders
Managing competing deadlines and contributing to successful matter outcomes.





This role presents an excellent prospect for a motivated lawyer looking to take the next step in their career and gain experience working on challenging and impactful litigation matters.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
2+ years' PAE in litigation and dispute resolution
Solid technical and drafting skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Sound commercial judgment and attention to detail.
