Perth Commercial Property is an established commercial agency with a robust reputation, a quality portfolio and a team that genuinely cares about the service it provides.

You’ll take responsibility for a well‑managed portfolio of approximately 100 tenancies—75 commercial and 25 retail . The position is available because a valued team member is relocating to regional WA, and you’ll receive a proper handover into the role.

What we’re looking for

You’ll be an experienced Property Manager who:
Understands leases and property management
Communicates confidently with owners, tenants and contractors
Uses sound judgement and takes ownership
Values strong systems, constructive feedback and accountability
Commercial property management experience is strongly preferred. We may also consider an exceptional senior strata or residential Property Manager with the capability and judgement to transition into commercial.
