Your new role

Due to a strong influx of current projects, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects valued up to $5M. Reporting into an experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating trades, managing subcontractors, maintaining programme requirements, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will play a key role on site, driving productivity, maintaining quality control, and building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

What you'll need to succeed




Trade-qualified background within construction
Previous experience supervising commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects
Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and site activities
Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Sound understanding of site safety and quality requirements
Stable employment history and positive industry references
Ability to work rostered Saturdays as required
