The Role You will take ownership of premium residential projects from pre-construction through to completion, including:
Managing programs, budgets, procurement and project delivery
Leading Site Managers, Contracts Administrators and subcontractors
Working closely with clients, architects and consultants
Managing variations, progress claims and commercial performance
Identifying risks early and keeping projects moving




Reporting directly to supportive, hands-on directors

About You

You will have experience being lead PM on high-end residential or boutique construction projects, strong commercial and programming skills, and the ability to confidently manage clients, consultants and project teams.

This is suited to a capable Project Manager who wants more autonomy, better support and the opportunity to grow with a builder that is genuinely going places.
