Role Highlights:

Assist in the execution of the recruitment strategy and redesign within a growing HR Team and business.

Role Overview:

12 Month fixed term contract (possibility to go to perm depending on business needs).

Part time - Preference is 10am -2pm daily (negotiable).

Responsibilities:

Role would be supporting recruitment for entry to mid level roles.

Recruiting Retail Sales Assistants and Warehouse Staff (nationally).

Ability to manage volume of 20 live roles at a time and likely steady or growing depending on business growth.

Assist in the execution of the recruitment strategy and redesign by partnering with HR Manager and HR Advisor.

Posting ads, shortlisting, screening, reference checks, candidate management, coaching leaders (where needed)



and providing a excellent candidate experience through to onboarding.

Ability to adapt to a newly created HR department and Team.

Collaborative, adaptable, motivated and enthusiastic.

Confident and comfortable to manage their day to day requirements.

Retail and warehouse experience highly regarded.
Hybrid - HR Team is usually in the office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Western Sydney Location - Parking Onsite.
