Six Degrees Executive seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead a key manufacturing operation in Seven Hills, NSW. You will take full accountability for safety, quality, production, maintenance, supply chain and people leadership, overseeing about 50 employees and reporting to the General Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in heavy industrial settings, robust P&L; skills and a commitment to continuous improvement, culture change and customer service.
