Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our facilities operations on a full time basis. This role is key to ensuring safe, compliant and productive operation of building systems, common areas and resort facilities.

You will oversee preventative maintenance, contractor management, budgeting support, and sustainability initiatives across the property, with a hands-on approach and robust focus on safety, accuracy, and guest experience.
