About the Role

We're currently seeking a casual Conference Team Member to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you'll be part of a small group responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring the smooth operation of our conference centre.

Key Responsibilities
Setting up and breaking down conference rooms (some lifting required)
Serving catering and maintaining a clean, qualified environment
Supporting room resets, guest requests, and on-the-spot troubleshooting




Maintaining high standards of presentation throughout the venue
Assisting guests with AV setup, room changes, and general enquiries
Contributing to projects or completing additional duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
Availability during afternoons and evenings (ideal for those with morning jobs)
Completion of the free NSW Food Handler Basics course (required before starting):
RSA certification (preferred but not essential)
Robust attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Basic AV knowledge (data projectors, laptops, PA systems) is a plus
