$36.82 Per Hour inclusive of 25% Casual Loading + Penalty Rates + 12% Super
Adaptable roster across Monday to Sunday, with afternoon shifts from 1:00pm to 8:00pm

THE POSITION
Support and oversee food production with a robust focus on bulk catering and consistency.
Champion nutrition, healthy eating, and allergy awareness, ensuring all controls and safety measures are followed.
Maintain excellent portion control, minimise waste, and support efficient stock management to help control food costs.
Ensure food safety guidelines are met, producing high-quality meals without compromise.
Work collaboratively within a team,



bringing strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude.

THE PERSON
Relevant Chef Trade Qualifications
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial kitchen, with bulk or large-scale catering experience essential
Solid understanding of kitchen operations and a flair for modern food trends
A team player who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced environment
Robust knowledge of OHS, Food Safety, and HACCP standards
Excellent time management and communication skills
