ABOUT THE ORGANISATION
Mane Consulting is representing a New South Wales government department in their search for a Customer Engagement Project Officer – NSW Government, to join their growing team in Lismore on a 12-month contract basis. The department provide critical support to communities & individuals impacted by floods & other natural disasters, working in partnership with incident response and emergency services organisations across New South Wales. The organisation require somebody with robust administrative, communication and reporting skills to provide support across a variety of customer-facing projects.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Working on a hybrid basis, as a Customer Engagement Project Officer – NSW Government, you will duties ranging from interacting directly with disaster-affected local residents to managing documentation, facilating presentations & meetings and supporting the delivery of a range of departmental projects. Working with a wide range of stakeholders,



uou will play a crucial role in a fast-paced local government workplace.

ABOUT YOU
The be successful in the 12-month contract, Customer Engagement Project Officer – NSW Government role you should have:
Excellent organisational and administration skills relating to document management & scheduling/facilitating meetings
Effective written/verbal communication, customer service & stakeholder management skills
Prior experience in local council, state or federal government environments advantageous
The ability to manage multiple project workloads simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
