Job Description

Uniting Care Hospitals in Queensland is seeking a Clinical Competency Design Lead to shape clinical capability across our hospital network. This fixed-term 6-month role partners with educators, clinicians and quality teams to design, standardise and implement competency frameworks.

You will embed frameworks in the Grow Learning Management System, monitor outcomes, and drive organisation-wide adoption to strengthen governance, accreditation readiness, and secure patient care.
