Job Description
As an Assistant Store Manager at Burson, you'll play a hands‐on role in leading day‐to‐day operations, driving sales, and motivating your team to perform at their best.
Support our Mildura branch as a 2IC, driving sales, inventory and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Handle automotive parts queries from trade and retail/DIY customers
Provide a high level of customer service with an emphasis on customer retention & development
Assist with inventory control
Maintain store standards and adhere to company policies, procedures and OH&S; compliance
Support the Store Manager
Lead and support your team
Qualifications
Ability to work in a driven and diverse team setting




Ideally experience in the automotive parts sector (or related sectors)
Ability to engage with, and motivate team members
Customer focused with strong time management abilities & attention to detail
OH&S; experience, with sound administrative skills and solid computer literacy
