About the Role...
As a Finance Banking Officer, you'll help keep our financial operations running smoothly by managing reconciliations, resolving issues and supporting our store network with banking enquiries.What You'll Be Doing...Keep the Numbers on Track - Complete accurate and timely bank reconciliations across the business.Solve the Puzzle - Investigate discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.Support Our Store Network - Provide helpful and responsive support for banking administration enquiries.Deliver Great Service - Respond to customer and stakeholder queries accurately and promptly.Contribute to Financial Accuracy - Support banking processes, reporting and account administration activities.Help Recent Stores Get Started - Assist with banking setup and administration for new store openings and changes.What You'll Bring...Reconciliation or Finance Administration Experience - Previous experience in banking, finance administration,



accounts or reconciliations.Exceptional Attention to Detail - You enjoy working with numbers and can spot issues others might miss.Systems Savvy - Experience with SAP is advantageous, but we're equally interested in people who quickly learn new systems and processes.Curious Problem Solver - You like getting to the bottom of discrepancies and finding practical solutions.Strong Communication Skills - Able to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.Team-First Mindset - Adaptable, collaborative and happy to pitch in wherever needed to support the team.Why Join Us?
