THE POSITION
Cooking and food preparation
Re-heating and plating food with excellent presentation




Prepare food for the guests in line with clients standards
Maintain and follow food safety protocol with awareness of allergen control
Ensure kitchen cleanliness is maintained
THE PERSON
12 months experience in a similar role
Experience in a comparable corporate environment or within a multi-site catering environment
Ability to work effectively and liaise with front of house staff
