The RoleWe are currently looking for a Bid Coordinator or Advisor to join our Sydney office.
The primary focus for this role is to facilitate bid submissions for Atelier Ten in the ANZ region, helping us to build our pipeline of opportunities and secure work across our markets.
We need you to help us communicate our story and value proposition for delivering sustainable design solutions for building, precincts and infrastructure.A secondary focus of this role will be to assist our administration team with additional tasks to support our teams.
You will be part of a supportive bid management team with opportunities to learn and develop your capabilities.Your ResponsibilitiesContribute proactively to pursuit planning and winning work strategies, including partnering with pursuit leads to plan bid approach, win themes and value propositionsFacilitate bid workshops and storyboarding sessions to shape responses and key messageManage the end-to-end coordination of compelling EOIs,



proposals and submissions across ANZ and other regions as requiredCoordinate inputs from technical teams and stakeholders, keeping contributors on track and aligned to the submission planMaintain and enhance standard proposal materials, including CVs, project sheets, and organisational contentDrive continuous improvement by contributing to the development of processes and templates to streamline bid delivery and lift qualitySupport the wider team to ensure submissions are delivered on time and to a high standardBuild strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliersManage client procurement portals and submission requirements as neededAbout YouMarketing, Business, or related qualification preferred (or equivalent experience)2+ years in a bidding roleDemonstrated experience in bid coordination, submissions, or marketing rolesAbility to produce high-quality proposals under tight deadlines, often with competing prioritiesAbility to understand client drivers and how to translate them into winning submissionsExcellent written communication and editing skills, with clear, persuasive storytelling abilityAdvanced skills in MS Office (especially Word and PowerPoint)Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skillsExceptional time management and organisational capabilitiesAbility to work independently and take ownership of outcomesWhy work with us?
