Responsibilities
Payroll
Process Enterprise Agreement (EA) company payroll
Thorough and deep understanding of EAs is preferred
Maintain leave requests
Provide reporting as required
Site Administrator
Provide administrative support to key stakeholders and wider contract team
Prepare and update documents, registers, reports and presentations
Assist with Workplace Health & Safety and Training Competency management
Assist with on‐boarding and induction process
Data entry for time sheets & pay queries
Update skills matrix and verify competencies
Recording meeting minutes
Preparing end‐of‐week progress reports
Tracking hours of work to manage fatigue
Process site payroll for home‐office processing
Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience in a full‐function Site Administrator role
Strong skills using MS Excel, formulas, pivot tables and Word documents
Strong attention to detail and application of techniques to ensure data accuracy
Excellent communication, organisational, prioritisation, and time‐management skills
