As part of our clinical nursing team within our neighbourhood structure, you will have a dedicated focus on providing nursing care and leadership, support and guidance to other care staff in the provision of quality care that promotes quality of life and enhances the ability of individuals to maintain their independence and remain within their home in the community.ResponsibilitiesDevelopment, implementation, monitoring and review of care plansComprehensive and accurate assessment of residentsAssisting with the orientation of new staff and ongoing professional developmentSupport in ensuring the service meets all accreditation standardsQualificationsBachelor of Nursing, or equivalent qualificationCurrent AHPRA registrationExtensive general nursing experience and demonstrated skills reflective of clinical experienceCurrent Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional Minimum)Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for workAbility to liaise with the care team and provide coordinated careConfidence to manage conflict,
