From reconciling vendor accounts to ensuring daily transactions are processed accurately and on time, your eye for detail will make a big impact.
You'll help bring aged accounts back on track and work closely with both our valued suppliers and our internal teams to build strong, trusted relationships.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting to the Transactions Services Lead, you will be responsible for:Processing and coding of invoicesReconciliation of supplier statementsLiaising with suppliers to resolve any payment queriesEnsuring timely payment of invoicesEnsuring compliance with internal policies and proceduresAssist with month-end close activities and reporting requirements.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Proven experience in high-volume and or multi-site Accounts Payable functionsStrong attention to detail,



with the ability to manage complex financial data and overlapping priorities whilst maintaining accuracySolid understanding of accounting principles and best practicesConfidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive informationExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service mindset and the ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationshipsConfidence working both independently and as a part of a broader team, collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholdersResilience under pressure, with the ability to priorities tasks, manage deadlines and adapt to changing demandsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and a willingness to learn and adopt new systems and toolsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
