You'll monitor live activity, respond to incidents, and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure any issues are handled quickly and effectively.No two shifts are the same—you'll be juggling multiple systems and making real-time decisions, all while maintaining a calm, professional approach.Job Location: ParramattaContract: Permanent full-time opportunities availablePay Rate: SSIA Level 5Shift Pattern: Day and Night shifts available on a rotating 4 on, 4 off roster:2 x Day Shifts: ************ x Night Shifts: ************ Days OffKey responsibilitiesPrimary duties include and are not limited to:Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control platforms to detect and respond to incidentsCoordinate incident response, including escalating issues and communicating with on-site teamsMaintain accurate logs, reports, and system records for all security activitiesManage multiple systems in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong situational awarenessAbout YouMust have Security Licence, Classification 1A (Unarmed Guarding) & 1E (Monitoring Centre Operator)Valid First Aid Certificate (3 years validity)



with current CPR Certificate (1 year validity)Ability to clear an Australian Police CheckStrong attention to detail with the ability to monitor multiple systems at onceStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in busy retail environmentsGood observation skills and confidence to manage and de-escalate incidentsIf you have the above criteria, we look forward to receiving your application!
