Brand Manager | $90 - $100 per hour + Super | 2-3 Month Contract | North Sydney BasedWe are currently working with a well-established player in the professional skincare/cosmeceuticals space, who is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to step in on a temporary/casual basis while they finalise a permanent hire.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing, commercially-focused business and make an immediate impact.The Role:Reporting into the CEO, you'll provide interim brand leadership across a portfolio brand, keeping momentum on brand strategy, clinic partnerships, and campaign delivery during the transition period.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and execute existing brand plans and marketing calendarsSupport clinic partnership activity — activation, training participation, campaign adoptionOversee delivery of in-flight integrated campaigns across clinic, social,



events and traditional channelsKeep new product launch timelines and cross-functional coordination on trackManage day-to-day stakeholder relationships (Sales, Education, Operations, external agencies/suppliers)Report on campaign performance and marketing budget trackingProvide a smooth handover brief for the incoming permanent hireAbout You:Solid multi-brand marketing/brand management experience (5+ years), ideally B2B or clinic/skilled channel exposureComfortable stepping into an existing strategy/calendar without needing to build from scratchStrong stakeholder management skills, able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-upCosmetic, skincare, health/wellbeing or FMCG background highly regarded
