Working within our central production kitchen,



you will produce high-quality desserts and pastry items in accordance with The Fresh Collective's standardised recipes and production systems for premium events and iconic venues.Key Responsibilities:Create all facets of dessertsâfrom individual delicacies and slab cakes to bespoke, high-end patisserie dishesProduce pastry and dessert items for corporate boardroom lunches, VIP dinners, and large-scale offsite catering eventsManage daily mise en place and ensure accurate, consistent preparation, presentation, and portioningMaintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace complianceCollaborate effectively with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and timely execution of ordersAbout YouPatisserie qualifications, Cert IV is highly regardedPrior experience in a 5-star hotel or high-end catering companyMinimum 2 years trade experienceRenowned for exceptional food, outstanding service, and unforgettable events, we are passionate about creating memorable experiences through innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
