In this pivotal role, you'll support three senior leaders while helping to drive a cooperative and professional environment.You'll deliver seamless business and administrative support, ensuring smooth operations.In this role, you will be responsible for:Executive & Operational SupportDeliver high-quality administrative, secretarial and business support with professionalism and discretion.Manage complex and fast-moving diaries and inboxes, ensuring optimal prioritisation and alignment to business priorities.Draft, coordinate,
and manage correspondence on behalf of the General Managers.Diary, Meeting & Governance ManagementCoordinate and schedule internal and external meetings across senior stakeholders and executive offices.Prepare meeting materials, briefing packs and agendas to support effective decision-making.Facilitate meetings including minute-taking, action tracking and follow-ups to ensure accountability and execution.Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementAct as a central point of contact across senior stakeholders, executive assistants and broader teams.Build strong, trusted relationships to enable seamless coordination and collaboration across the business.Travel & LogisticsCoordinate complex travel arrangements, managing itineraries and logistics across multiple locations and stakeholders.Adhoc tasksFlexibility to work across a changing environment.
There might be additional tasks and assistance required for other EA's from time to time.We are interested in hearing from people who have:Prior experience as an Executive Assistant.Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust across the Group.A proactive mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and a commitment to outstanding service.Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, perform under pressure, and adapt to change.A high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.A background in a Big 4 bank or accounting firm (highly advantageous).
