The primary purpose of this role is to provide kerbside waste collection services to Council's residential and commercial clients.
It also involves transporting the collected waste to the Council's Waste Management Facility or other designated disposal sites as directed.About YouYou are a reliable and safety-conscious operator who takes pride in delivering essential services to the community.

A strong work ethic and commitment to completing scheduled waste collection routes for both residential and commercial customers.
Confidence in operating heavy vehicles and transporting waste to designated Council facilities.
A solid understanding of, and compliance with, National Heavy Vehicle Laws.
A proactive approach to daily truck maintenance and the ability to perform minor on‐road repairs when needed.




Attention to detail in maintaining accurate logbooks and other required records.
A responsible attitude toward vehicle care, including timely reporting of any damage or defects to the Plant Supervisor.
