Canberra, ACT | Hybrid Working ArrangementInitial 6 Month Contract with Extension OptionsEL2 Equivalent OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide strategic architecture leadership, governance and assurance across a major ERP transformation program within a Federal Government environment.This is a high-profile engagement supporting the implementation of a new enterprise resource planning ecosystem, ensuring alignment across business, technology, security and operational domains.
The successful candidate will work closely with program leadership, enterprise architecture teams, cyber security specialists, IT operations, business stakeholders, vendors and implementation partners to deliver a cohesive and sustainable digital enterprise architecture.About the RoleAs the Enterprise Architect, you will provide end-to-end architecture leadership across the ERP program lifecycle, ensuring that solutions align with enterprise architecture principles, technology roadmaps, cyber security requirements and future-state business objectives.You will play a critical role in guiding architecture decisions, reviewing vendor and implementation partner designs, and ensuring integration, data, identity and operational requirements are considered across the entire enterprise landscape.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain current-state, transition-state and target-state enterprise architecture artefacts across business, data, application, technology and security domains.Provide architecture guidance to ensure ERP platform solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, cloud strategy, cyber security requirements and operational support models.Prepare architecture papers, recommendations, governance artefacts and executive briefings for architecture and program governance forums.Identify and manage architectural risks, dependencies, issues and decision points requiring executive or technical resolution.Lead and support architecture activities outside core platform configuration responsibilities.Define enterprise design patterns covering integrations, identity and access management, reporting, monitoring, records management, operational support and data exchange.Support legacy system transition and decommissioning strategies, including considerations for data retention, reporting continuity and business transition planning.Ensure platform and vendor designs meet whole-of-enterprise requirements rather than individual technology boundaries.Enterprise Architect | ERP Transformation ProgramCanberra, ACT | Hybrid Working ArrangementInitial 6 Month Contract with Extension OptionsEL2 Equivalent OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to provide strategic architecture leadership,

Identity & Data ArchitectureProvide assurance across integration architecture including APIs, middleware, event-driven services, monitoring, support models and service boundaries.Collaborate with cyber security and identity teams to ensure appropriate controls for access management, privileged access, segregation of duties, monitoring and incident response.Support data architecture activities including data governance, migration, ownership, quality, reporting, retention and metadata management.Vendor & Platform AssuranceReview and assess architecture outputs from implementation partners and vendors.Provide assurance across solution architecture, integration designs, environment strategies, migration approaches and operational readiness.Identify architectural gaps, risks, dependencies and governance decisions requiring department endorsement.Essential ExperienceTo be successful, you will demonstrate:Extensive Enterprise Architecture experience within large and complex transformation programs.Strong experience providing architecture governance, leadership and design assurance across ERP or corporate systems initiatives.Proven expertise in:Integration architectureIdentity and access managementData architecture and governanceCyber security considerationsService management environmentsTransition to operations and legacy system decommissioningExperience working alongside ERP platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow and SAP.Robust stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.Experience preparing architecture artefacts, governance packs, executive briefings and decision papers.Contract DetailsLocation: Canberra, ACTWorking Arrangement: HybridOffice Attendance: Minimum 3 days per week onsiteContract Length: Initial 6 monthsExtension Options: Up to two additional 6 month extensionsHours: 37.5 hours per weekStart Date: August ****Security Clearance: Must hold Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) clearanceManpowerGroup is committed to being a Diversity Confident Recruiter and encourages applications from people from a diverse range of backgrounds, including people with a disability.
