Working across a diverse stakeholder landscape, you'll improve how risk is understood, embedded, and governed, while helping leaders make informed decisions in a fast-moving and highly regulated environment.Your role, your impactReporting to the Senior Manager, Policy, Governance & BCP, you'll lead the evolution of policy, governance, and risk management practices across the business.
You'll combine strategic thinking with practical implementation, influencing stakeholders and leading a high-performing team to strengthen enterprise risk capability.Lead and uplift enterprise-wide risk policies and frameworksManage governance reporting for executive and board committeesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersDrive improvements across risk systems and capabilitiesPartner with leaders to embed risk management practicesDevelop engaging risk training and awareness programsLead a high performing team, driven to support business stakeholders to optimise system capability and usageYour game changing qualitiesExperienced in risk, compliance, governance, or consultingProven ability to influence diverse senior stakeholdersStrategic thinking combined with strong operational delivery capabilityStrong capability in policy and framework developmentStrong Excel and reporting skills,
