ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an experienced and reliable Operations Administrator to provide efficient day-to-day support for our Townsville depot.We are looking for someone with a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly, and demonstrate a willingness to undertake any task at hand.
This includes having excellent problem solving and time management skills.JJ's is an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.This position is a permanent, full time position (Monday to Friday).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProcessing of driver run sheets/data entry accurately and efficiently within required timeframesManaging the booking/scheduling of services for customersDetail orientated,



able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at onceCustomer service focus; answering telephones and email enquiries promptly and professionallyManage incoming and outgoing correspondence ensuring timely responses, appropriate follow up, escalations and preparing outgoing correspondence as requiredWorking closely with Operations, Sales, Administration and Management to ensure the flow of informationOther duties as requestedABOUT YOUPrevious experience in a similar role is highly regardedExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with various stakeholdersDetail orientated, able to manage and prioritise multiple tasks at onceAble to work independently while also being a collaborative team playerProficient in office software and administrative systems, with a willingness to learn new tools and processesExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise workloadPositive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to achieving customer service of the highest standardBENEFITSWe appreciate there is more to life than work, we provide a variety of work options to ensure the job gets done; with competitive remuneration and a range of benefits, regardless of your role or location including:The security of an essential services industryFull-time,
