including:Construction contracts and contract administrationContract reviews and risk assessmentsSecurity of Payment mattersPayment disputesSuspension and termination of contractsAdjudication Applications and ResponsesContract drafting and amendmentsLegal research and case law analysisPreparation of legal articles, guidance notes and industry resourcesDelivery of member education sessions, workshops and seminarsReview and improvement of standard form construction contractsThis is a diverse role combining legal advisory work, stakeholder engagement, contract review, education, and industry support.About YouTo be successful, you will possess:Minimum 5 years' post-admission experienceStrong construction law and contracts experienceKnowledge of Queensland construction legislation and Security of Payment processesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to provide practical and commercially focused adviceStrong drafting, negotiation and analytical skillsA proactive, organised and client-focused approachExperience within construction, infrastructure or projects environments will be highly regarded
