We are looking for a Construction Estimator to join the team!
In this role, you will be responsible for the accurate management of all costings by servicing both the sales & Administration teams.
This is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week, and based in our Osborne Park WA office.Main tasksTake offs from sketch plans to ensure accurate costingsReport margin checks at Deal Acceptance and ContractsComplete siteworks estimates for Contract documentationLiaise with suppliers and subcontractorsReview engineering details,



working drawings and addenda to ensure all details and costs accounted for.Cost variations at Contracts are requested from the Client LiaisonPreparation of prestart costings for the client approvalPrice cost revisions as requested by the Administration departmentAdjust Variations due to statutory or other compliance requirements as requiredComplete and/or adjust Provisional sums as stated in the Building ContractRequired/Relevant Qualifications & Work ExperienceA relevant Diploma level qualification plus 1 year of relevant experience.At least 3 years of relevant experience when no formal qualification was obtained.Required/Relevant Skills & KnowledgeUnderstanding of construction methodsQuick learner, proactive thinker who looks to work smarter, not harder.Motivated, with a desire to continuously improveExcellent communication for customer servicesPro-active approach to problem solvingHigh attention to detail and strong organisational skillsAnnual salary will be between $75,****** to $80,****** (plus superannuation) depending on level of experience.Job Types: Full time, Permanent
