We're looking for an experienced Venue Manager to lead the team and continue building on the venue's strong local reputation.
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate hospitality leader who enjoys running busy operations, developing people, driving commercial results and creating memorable guest experiences.What you'll be doingLeading the day-to-day operations of a high-volume hospitality venueBuilding, coaching and developing a high-performing management and venue teamDriving a positive team culture with a strong focus on talent development and succession planningDelivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high operational standardsManaging labour, wages, stock, costs and venue profitabilityGrowing community engagement and building strong local relationshipsEnsuring compliance with all company policies and legislative requirementsWe're looking for someone whoHas at least 2 years' experience in a similar Venue Manager roleIs a reliable and proven hospitality leader with strong tenureHas a commercial mindset and understands how to drive revenue and profitabilityHas a track record of building,
