About the roleWe're looking for an experienced and motivated Afternoon Shift Team Leader to join our growing warehouse team in Yatala.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be responsible for leading a small team of warehouse staff, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately, safely and on time.
You'll be leading by example, driving productivity, maintaining a positive team culture and helping us deliver exceptional service to some of Australia's leading retail brands.This is a 6-month contract to support a significant growth period within our business, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.Key responsibilitiesLead, coach and motivate the afternoon shift warehouse teamEnsure daily picking, packing and dispatch targets are achievedMonitor productivity, quality and accuracy throughout the shiftAllocate work and manage labour to maximise efficiencySupport the onboarding and training of new team membersMaintain a secure, clean and organised warehouse environmentAssist with inventory control, stock investigations and cycle countsLead by example and assist with warehouse operations whenever requiredAbout youTo be successful in this role you'll have:Previous experience leading a warehouse or distribution teamStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesA positive,
