media.
This role focuses on learning foundations with guided execution, working with our modern tech stack (Golang, Node.js, Svelte) and event-driven, serverless-first architectures.As a Junior Engineer, you will balance Building (85%), Guiding (10%), and Leading (5%) responsibilities.
You will implement well-defined features with guidance and supervision, actively participate in code reviews and team knowledge sharing, and contribute to team planning and process improvements within your team's scope.What you'll be doing:Feature Delivery: Implement well-defined features with guidance and supervision from senior team members,



writing maintainable code following established team standards and patterns.Technical Growth: Develop proficiency in our primary tech stack, build strong debugging and testing skills, and deliver assigned tasks within estimated timelines while effectively learning from feedback.Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Participate actively in code reviews, share learnings with peers, and demonstrate a strong receptiveness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.Continuous Improvement: Participate in team planning sessions, contribute ideas for process improvements, and develop an understanding of product and user needs.What you'll bring:Experience: 1–3 years of professional software engineering experience, or equivalent education/training (Computer Science degree, coding bootcamp, or equivalent self-taught experience with a portfolio of projects).
Core Technical Skills: A solid foundation in at least one modern programming language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Python, or similar) and a basic understanding of software development fundamentals and version control (Git).
Mindset & Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies quickly, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail,



and a growth mindset with enthusiasm for continuous learning.Nice to Have (or willingness to learn):Exposure to Golang, Node.js, databases (RDS/DynamoDB), REST APIs, AWS, or GitHub Actions.AdTech or Out of Home media experience is a plus!
