We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and people-focused Chiropractic Assistant to become an integral part of our growing practice.If you're someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, loves interacting with people and wants to be part of a fun, supportive workplace where no two days are the same, we'd love to meet you.About the RoleAs the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through our doors.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting patients with warmth, enthusiasm and professionalismAnswering phone calls and responding to enquiriesBooking, rescheduling and managing appointmentsUsing Cliniko to manage patient records, appointments and paymentsProcessing EFTPOSAssisting with general reception and administrative tasksHelping keep the clinic organised,
