This is an chance to contribute to transformation initiatives that support thousands of end users across a highly diverse operational environment.Your new roleAs the Change & Engagement Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the successful adoption of major technology initiatives within a large-scale infrastructure transformation program.
You will lead the development and execution of change management, stakeholder engagement and communication strategies that build organisational readiness and support long-term adoption.
Working closely with program leaders, technical teams and business stakeholders, you will establish frameworks, manage change risks and deliver engagement activities that ensure project outcomes are successfully embedded.Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing change management and communication strategiesLeading stakeholder engagement across executive, operational and technical audiencesAssessing and improving organisational change readinessProviding expert advice to program leaders and project teamsManaging change risks,
