Whilst we are a not-for-profit organisation with a strong dedication to helping people find work, we operate in a highly competitive market and as such, aiming to exceed required targets is vital for all our employees.About the role:Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekersActively engage with 'work ready' job seekers to secure sustainable employment outcomes including reverse marketing to employersClearly identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job readyCreate and deliver engaging group sessions aimed at getting your participants motivated and job readyProvide participants with the tools and confidence to enter the workforceApply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomesAbout you:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in case managementAbility to overcome objections and break down barriers that exist for people who are unemployedYou are a confident and trustworthy self-starter who thrives on the opportunity to achieve meaningful results and problem solveExperience in facilitating group training and information sessionsAbility to think on your feet and adapt to challenging situations and an ever-changing environmentDemonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business KPIs and targetsComputer skills and knowledge of MS Office is essentialWhat we offer:An opportunity for an accrued day off every 4 weeksUp to 8 weeks leave per year through our purchase leave schemeDiscounted Health InsuranceAs a registered not for profit organization in addition to your remuneration, you will enjoy generous tax-free salary packaging benefitsEmployment Services experience is highly valued however, we would love to hear from you if you have experience in retail, recruitment or similar fast paced results focused service environments.A current Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent is a mandatory requirement for this position.
