About the role
We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager.
Reporting to an accomplished management team, this role is highly visible and requires someone who thrives in a busy and demanding venue.
Responsibilities include:
Work with the Venue Manager to implement a unique customer experience;Manage and oversee the venue operations on a daily basis;Lead and manage bar and restaurant staff through service periodsLiaise with the kitchen team on a daily basis to ensure the food offering is being delivered as per expectation;Apply sound business acumen to optimise profitability of the operation.
Skills & Experience
You will be able to demonstrate your hospitality skills and experience, ideally built in a fast paced, high end environment.
You will have an exceptional level of communication, organisation,
attention to detail, and commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.
A high level of leadership, dedication to staff training along with an understanding of the needs and desires of our clientele are essential.
