Whether it's daily living assistance, emotional guidance, or community engagement, your work will help create a more inclusive and compassionate society.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality, individualised support to people with disabilitiesAssist with personal care, mobility, and skill developmentBuild meaningful connections and provide mentorship and emotional supportSupport community participation and recreational activitiesCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement support plansAdvocate for customer rights and promote independenceCreate safe, trauma-informed environments for young people with complex needsWhat You'll NeedExperience in disability, aged care, or family/community servicesA current First Aid and CPR Certificate or willingness to obtainValid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicleNDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain)Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skillsFlexibility to work diverse shifts, including days, sleep overs,
