You'll work closely with the small local Townsville office in a high paced workplace, supported by a larger Brisbane team.Key responsibilities will include:Analyse Personal Tax Returns and business financials and performanceManage day to day enquiries from our clients and provide them with excellent support & serviceBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsLiaise with all relevant parties to ensure efficient and quality debt advice and application processing, in a prompt timeframeManage multiple applications in line with meeting SLA's and customer expectationsCollaborate with a small,



motivated local teamTo be successful in this role you will:Have an inquiring mind that wants to understand the customer's needs and a deep desire to support the customers business.Must be an Australian citizen or permanent residentStrong understanding of financial analysis (understanding of Financial Statements and Personal Tax Returns)Previous lending experience or relevant Degree is highly valued, but not a mustExcellent communication and customer serviceDemonstrated ability to work independently and effectively resolve issues with minimal supervisionWhat we offer:Balanz exists to support our profitable and dynamic clients and their key people.
