Due to growth, we're adding a Service Coordinator to our Perth team — working alongside our existing coordinator and reporting to our Service Coordinator Supervisor.You'll be a key part of a small coordination team, keeping our service department running smoothly.
A big part of the role is owning service runs from start to finish — contacting customers, scheduling technicians, ordering parts, and following through to invoicing.
You'll also handle onboarding customers to service portals and keeping those accounts up to date.What you'll be doingManage service runs end-to-end — scheduling, parts,
