Support Worker Co is a leading Support Worker Agency that provides best-fit Disability Support Workers to Disability Service providers across Australia.We are currently seeking Casual Support Workers to support adult NDIS participants in SILs, & respite services across Rockhampton and surrounding suburbs.Female Support Workers are preferred for this role due to female clients' requests with personal hygiene needs.Overview Of The RoleWe have opportunities to support people in SIL arrangements & respite services.24-hour care model, meaning staff are required to work a combination of shifts – morning (from 6am), afternoon (from 2pm) and sleep over shifts.Assist participants with the range of personal activities including hygiene support, medication assistance, manual handling, domestic assistance & meals.Following specific positive behaviour support plans (PBSP) Assist participants with engaging in community,
