Discovery Parks Rottnest Island is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, delivering high-quality dining experiences to guests at a premier island resort.
You will report to the Head Chef and work with Front of House to ensure smooth daily service in a busy kitchen.The role is permanent and full time on site, with a strong focus on food hygiene, teamwork and consistent standards.
Trade qualifications in Commercial Cookery and HACCP knowledge are essential.
