Participate in a full-time twelve-month Graduate Nurse program commencing July ****, with rotations in inpatient and community settings.ResponsibilitiesDeliver high quality nursing care to patients in a multidisciplinary team.Rotate through the 30‐bed subacute inpatient service, including geriatric evaluation management, palliative care, and Transitional Aged Care Program.Participate in community nursing services, including general nursing care and region‐wide palliative care.Attend comprehensive orientation and ongoing debriefing sessions supported by the learning team and on‐site Clinical Nurse Educator.Work within a roster of 8‐hour day/evening shifts and 10‐hour night shifts for inpatient services; community nursing Monday‐Friday during business hours.What You'll BringRegistered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and motivated to participate fully in the Graduate Nurse program.QualificationsRecognised tertiary qualification and current full registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency.Demonstrated record of achievement and experience working in a health setting.Current Police Record Check.Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.Additional SkillsExcellent time management, organisational and communication skills; able to adapt and problem‐solve.Compassionate, flexible, and positive approach.Ability to nurture respectful relationships and contribute to a cooperative team environment.High level of interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal).
