vegetarian dishes and Indo-Chinese specialtiesPrepare and marinate meat, poultry, seafood and vegetables using traditional Indian herbs, spices and recipesOperate and manage the tandoor oven for tandoori chicken, chicken tikka, naan, roti and other tandoori productsPlan and coordinate food preparation during busy service periodsMonitor food quality, presentation, portion control and consistencyMaintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and food safetyAssist with menu development and improvements to recipes and cooking methodsMonitor stock levels, order supplies, minimise food waste and ensure correct storage and stock rotationEmployment detailsFull-time positionSalary: $81,499 per annum plus superannuationOn‐site roleWork across the Belmont and Dianella locations as required
