We currently have an exciting opportunity for a driven and passionate Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing Industrial Recruitment team based in Clayton.
About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will manage a portfolio of established clients, delivering tailored workforce solutions to meet their operational needs.
This is a relationship-focused role that combines recruitment, client management, workforce coordination and business development.
Working within a supportive and collaborative team, you'll be responsible for maintaining strong client partnerships while sourcing, onboarding and managing a workforce of across multiple client sites.
Key Responsibilities
Source, interview and onboard candidates through recruitment and induction processes
Manage employee performance, training and ongoing support
Attend client meetings and act as a trusted recruitment partner
Build, maintain and grow a recruitment desk
Develop solid relationships with clients, candidates and key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies and legislative requirements
Champion a strong safety culture through proactive safety initiatives and best practice workforce management
Deliver exceptional customer service and recruitment outcomes
About You
