key responsibilities include:Reviewing and assessing development applications (DA's).
Providing advice on development proposals and land use matters.Conducting on-site inspections of developments and land.Collaborating with various stakeholders, including the general public, developers, elected representatives, and other Council staff.About you:Recognised tertiary qualifications in town planning.Prior experience in a similar role within Development AssessmentA valid driver's license.Knowledge of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, the Local Government Act, and relevant environmental legislation.High level communication and problem-solving skills.Eligibility for Corporate membership with the Planning Institute Australia.Keen To Learn More?
