It means you will be joining a team (within a much bigger team) offering development opportunities and the chance to work alongside some of best people in our industry today.We're currently looking for a friendly and outgoing Customer Service Advisor to join our team.Our Service Department is built on exceptional customer service, ensuring long term relationships are built and maintained with all customers, so we're looking for someone with fantastic interpersonal skills and a commitment to maintaining our great reputation.You'll be responsible forProviding assistance to both Customers and Service Department staffDeveloping and maintaining positive relations with both customers and vehicle manufacturersBuilding & developing current Service Sales opportunitiesCosting and invoicing of customer repair ordersProcessing Service Claims/Warranty claims once customer Repair orders are completedWhile any prior experience and/or knowledge of the automotive industry would be highly regarded, it is not essential and we welcome applications from candidates who have worked in other customer service focused industries.Valuable skills and attributes includeOutstanding customer service standardsThe ability to communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levelsA keen eye for detailThe ability to work in a team and unsupervisedHigh standards of professionalismA clean drivers licence with no restrictionsA friendly team-player attitudeAbility to achieve manufacturer KPIs and internal financial targetsReliability and an honest work ethicCompetent IT skills, proficient with Outlook and Microsoft Office and eraPower DMS systems.This is a full time role working Monday - Friday.When you join our trusted team you will benefit from an attractive remuneration package, ongoing training, and a supportive team culture.
