This is a casual role, Monday to Friday, 2 days per week (versatile days).
In this role, you will:Provide general dental care across a range of clinical presentations, including complex casesManage referrals, coordinate ongoing care, and oversee high-risk or challenging patientsCollaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centred careCommunicate effectively with health staff, custodial teams, and external providersTo be successful in this role, you will have:Current,



unrestricted AHPRA registrationDegree in Dentistry (undergraduate: Bachelor of Dental Science/Surgery/Oral Health or postgraduate pathway: Doctor of Dental Medicine) obtained from an accredited Australian educational program or international program approved by Dental Board of AustraliaAdvanced Life Support (ALS) certification and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificationExcellent communication and documentation skillsCultural awareness and the ability to work with diverse populationsDesirable: Experience in high-risk or secure environments requiring adaptive clinical decisionsAs a global organisation, Serco delivers services across Justice, Immigration, Defence, Health, and more.
